This place is a local legend, great staff and a history that none of the other gyms in the area can compete with. That being said, equipment is almost as old as I am which is frightening and as of late simply not being maintained. If you’re going to demand a premium fee, deliver a premium product. Still love them but they desperately need to reinvest in the gym.
Love the sauna, steam room and all of the amazing group fitness classes and instructors alone is worth the membership. They have a pool and a giant gym with almost everything equipment you need for almost every sport. Boxing, swimming, cycling, weights, yoga and dance. So much to do so little time.

I wanted to really like this gym, but I think it has a few downfalls in my opinion. I do think this gym can have great potential, but it needs work.
It has good (but old) equipment. It could definitely use some new machines, but the old stuff isn't that bad, just a bit dated. It is definitely crammed. A lot of the machines are packed right next to each other. Enough room for full range of motion, but having people walk by would be questionable, you might make contact with a person walking by some of the equipment.
The locker rooms are very old and beat up. I was excited to know it had a sauna, however, upon arriving I didn't even bother to look for it. The locker room was a let down.
For the price of $49/Month, I thought there would have been more up to date locker rooms, equipment etc. It could really use it. Overall, the gym was not what I was looking for, but I still do suggest you go and try it out. Not for me, but it may be for you. Would have loved to support a local family owned place, but I don't see much reinvestment into the facility to think its worth the price tag.

She makes my day every time I go every Mondays and Wednesdays to her classes

Clean, caring, family-like atmosphere. The aqua classes offer something for everyone. The staff is professional and very helpful.
Had a child's birthday party there, it was great! The staff were so pleasant, the lifeguard for our party was really nice and so helpful with serving the food, etc.
Will definitely go back for other activities for kids.
Friendly professional staff, facilities always clean, pool temp perfect n clean clear water. Water aerobics great, very good instructors and varied routines.
